White House Denounces 'Democratic Fabrication' as More Epstein Estate Photographs Released

House Democrats have released a new tranche of what they termed "disturbing" pictures from the estate of convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, depicting notably Donald Trump, Bill Clinton, and ex-UK prince Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor.

The opening batch of 19 images—some of which have been seen before—plus another 70 released later on Friday constitute a tiny fraction of the approximately 100,000 images handed over to the House oversight committee, which is examining the behavior and associations of Epstein.

The shamed investor was a victim of apparent suicide in a New York jail cell in 2019 after being accused of sex-trafficking charges.

Prominent Personalities in the Photos

Featured among the notable figures visible in the opening set are celebrities featuring film director Woody Allen; Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates; and Richard Branson, originator of the Virgin conglomerate.

Donald Trump is featured in three of the initial 19 images. In one, he is seen with six women, whose faces are blacked out.

White House Reaction

The White House responded to the release in a statement, charging Democrats of selectively "hand-picking" the images for electoral motives and to "seek to establish a false storyline."

"This Democratic fabrication against President Trump has been consistently disproven," an administration official said, insisting that "this presidency has achieved more for Epstein's victims than Democrats ever have by consistently demanding disclosure, releasing reams of records, and demanding more inquiries into Epstein's liberal connections."

Democratic Lawmaker Statement

The photos were disclosed without context, but per a California Democrat and ranking member of the investigative panel, they raise more questions about Epstein's associations with wealthy individuals.

"It is time to stop this White House obfuscation and deliver justice to the survivors of Jeffrey Epstein and his influential associates," he said in a statement.

The release of these materials occurs alongside the oversight committee proceeding with its inquiry into the affair.
